i went to the warped tour with megan on sunday. standing out in the sun for 9 fucking hours is a lot of pain the next day. i got to see dropkick murphys. i got a pic and autographs from them. soo awesome. i had a lot of fun. there were many awesome bands there. but i wish that i had watched more metal-ish bands. megan was there mostly for offspring

It's surprising that you would go to such a commercialized organization of bands. So much marketing and capitalisticly motivated people there. Plus you went on and on about "living free", but then you get google-eyed at your free pictures and cd - all of which requires big corporate monsters to produce, make, use, etc etc.

Well - it's a good point... what would we do without our music, though? It's not our fault that everything we love has to be destroyed by capitalism and made into an idea of money. What is there to do about it? We have to become creative to remove it from an idea of money, but to live without? It's not necessary, I don't think.
