He said it was the combined quick thinking of all three of them, they had about a minute while the boat went down. One guy manned the GPS and got the right screen up. Other guy went right in and swam after life preservers and floating things. He made the 911 calls. 5 of them, back and forth until the operator could repeat back the right GPS coordinates. During this period, his phone rang and it was my mother. He had to just hang up on her because he was almost out of battery.

Hey, I'm coming your way next week, will be around SF Wed -Fri morning, then Harbin, then back Mon afternoon - Tues afternoon. Any chance for a meetup?
