So, I believe I've kind of subconsciously decided to start lifting somewhat seriously. Monday, for PT, we had a "free day" at the gym. I pyramid lifted from seventy-five, working up to a hundred pounds on the vertical bench. Five sets of twenty, coming out to a hundred lifts, for those a little slow on the mathematical uptake.
