once in like the 10th grade, i was in florida for vacation, and boarding the plane back home i saw mrs.mclellan getting on the flight in front of mine. weird. i almost said something to her, but i didnt feel like chatting it up.

Yeah, she's one of those people that just keep going once a conversation has started. It likely would have lasted the whole flight had you said something.
