Author’s Note: Sorry for making you wait this time...I'm a little later than usual, but the past few days have been insane! Thanks again for being awesome!

( Rose wasn't sure what she should say. She wanted to apologize for taking advantage of him, for using him to make herself feel better, for falling in love with John Smith and being disloyal to the Doctor, but it felt wrong. How could she apologize for something she didn't entirely regret? )

Ha! LOL! Yeah, I actually realize the fic could be quite a few more chapters, but it's not! I'm pretty happy with the 8...ish...chapters I've written. (The ish is an epilogue, by the way...) I feel like I told the story I wanted to tell in what's written. I hope you're not disappointed at the end!

One hopes that Ten will make this right, that he will tell her why he can't wear John's ring, and that the reason is because he wants his own, that he wants Rose to marry him. Or he can just continue on being shuttered and defensive and heartbreaking. Can't wait to find out!

LOL...yeah, the Doctor has those shuttered, defensive issues, doesn't he? But to be the devil's advocate I'll say that he DOES think she's in love with his counterpart ;) Thanks for reading and for the great comment - I'll be back with more soon!
