I just read Brokeback Mountain for the first time and my stomach is in knots.

Also, my sleep cycle is just shot. Evan and Kate tucked in around 11 p.m. last night, while I sat in my room, twiddling my thumbs, until shortly after 5. And I was awake at 8. Heh.

Do see Safe. I know, I know, it's old. But this week was my first time seeing it and it made a bigger impact on me than most of what's out there. It's available on Netflix and seems to be the reason everybody started really, really paying attention to Julianne Moore. Who knew?

As per usual, my flagrant lack of organization is to blame for that missing Madonna CD. Well, maybe I'm being hard on myself. Evan can't put his guitar down lately. He's sitting on the futon, playing "Ziggy Stardust" and I'm in my room listening to my tummy growl. Soy dogs and baked macaroni and cheese are on the menu this evening. We ran out of ketchup and soda and munchies, so I will need to make a S'leven Run as we say. Apparently, we have been upgraded to FRONT ROW for Sunday's Tori Amos concert. How amazing is that?

Also, my DSL is up and running at home (no problems getting it working).
