Watched Princess Mononoke last night instead of reading this crappy book "Bone Music". It's awful. And Hayao is so much better than this.

Also, I think that the scenes in my novel are transforming into a Miyazaki film while I write them. It's kinda awesome, actually.

Plus: Met Lois' Buddhist nun mother, who was a hoot. Saw an ELton John tribute band concert being held for her mother and one other woman, both of whom lost (most) everything in the floods in September. It was bloody fucking cold!

Gonna try to hit 5k today (get a day ahead) so that I can work on homework too. Nano happens to come at the worst possible time for me-- with four lit classes, all I do is read and write long ass mfing papers. >.< No good.

Lots going on in my life, and I just want to curl up and ignore it all and write.
