tuesday had always been our day together. most of my courses with morrie were on tuesday, he had office hours on tuesdays, and when i wrote my senior thesis...it was on tuesdays that we sat together. ...we're tuesday people.

last night my sister and i went running. considering i have not run or so much as done any high-heart-rate-inducing activity in the last year (well, besides that) it was almost physically unbearable. mentally, i felt like i could run a marathon. i am going to continue running every night until it does not hurt anymore. my muscles are aching.

we are very spoiled (..i wouldnt say that that is the correct word for it..) with our technological advances in terms of listening to music. we cannot so easily skip over songs we dont like on vinyl records (as if there were many truly terrible old rock and roll songs) as we can with compact discs and such. vinyl rock & roll is simply more ( Read more... )
