I had a bit of a stroke of bad luck.  One of my grandfather's swords had gotten a rusty patch on it.  I don't understand how it could have happened, I clean and oil them regularly, it shouldn't have happened.  Luckily it was only a light rust, and the use of lemon juice got it off rather quickly, but still.  I freaked a little bit.  At least the ( Read more... )

It's rather quiet around here, which....is that unusual for a place like this?  I'm not certain.  But whatever it is, I hope it doesn't last long.

I think I may be allergic to the new soap I bought.  My arms are all broken out in  a red rash like thing that itches and burns.  So now I look diseased.  Though I suppose it's better than what it was, ( Read more... )
