I was in the middle of another fanfic when I checked my friends-list and I am totally dropping it to read this because you are awesome.

I'm a little surprised that Bella isn't harboring any resentment toward Alice. I sure would. They were supposedly best friends and Alice left without so much as a phone call, letting her big brother boss her around when it really mattered. I feel almost like Bella's classmates are being better friends than she was. But I should reserve judgment on that until Bella has had a chance to speak privately with her.
