Another day in suburbia... Turning for home to find the way blocked by police cars and ambulances, then spotting that the bellicose neighbor from hell has accessorized his XXL undershirt with shiny, shiny handcuffs. On the opposite side of the street, surrounded by his own corps de cops, is another charming figure, sporting the same wristwear.
