I figured out how to make Ebay work at last. To date, I have aquired a new ghostie, a Mulder action figure with alien, and a Busted phone cover thing for my sister. I'm intending to sell some things too though, so hopefully it won't be *all* bad for my bank account...

I've got another interview at last! This time it's Monday 11th October in Edinburgh (WOO!) for the National Library of Scotland. So the flat we were looking at has just been taken by someone else - this happens too often! After a quick look through various property sites online can't find anything remotely suitable.

So what now, other than swear fluently...

And we had such a superb house-warming party theme, too!

Me and suzerain are seriously looking at getting a flat in Dundee - we've found one that seems affordable and rather nice, but we don't know that much about the location. The address is 164 Alexander Street - does anyone know whether that area is ok or one to avoid? I don't know Dundee v well really...

I'm back home now after an excellent long weekend and not nearly enough sleep. So, the highlights:

I'll be arriving in Edinburgh early tomorrow due to my lift, so I'll have a fair bit of time to kill. I was wondering about going to the zoo, or to the museum. Does anyone fancy joining me for either of these distractions?

Dad has fixed my gargoyle :) The gargoyle had a broken nose (it was in a paper bag next to him) after an accident during the move from Stornoway, but he is now fixed with a little bit of creative re-structuring. I'm afraid that I seem to be asking this a lot lately, but does anyone in Edinburgh/Glasgow have crash space for any or all of 23rd-26th September?
