So, in the days following Magfest, I basically slid out of my fitness routine, due to having no major reason to go, (my last one being looking good in front of friends at M4 ;) ). I indulged myself for a bit and ended up gaining like 20 lbs in a month in a half I think. Ugh ( Read more... )
