I didn't know that 'writer's block' could apply to 'writing proposals'.

Pfftt..just when I'm raring to go, planning to rewrite my old proposal and redesign from scratch, I can't think how to even begin...

Maybe I should isolate myself for a day or whatever just to get that creative spark..
