Garret is learning to play the trumpet this year in school. he is doing fairly well.
last night he tried to combine his other passion with the trumpet.

here's hoping that the intrument repair insurance covers Lego extraction....

i made gwen unload the dishwasher. i have not heard such belly aching in my life.

I am, however, "the worst parent ever".

at least I'm at the top of SOME list.

when do you stand and fight? when do you just take flight?
when does the continous feeling of not being noticed give way to just giving up and going?
what are the points that give one strength to stand and fight?
where does the courage come from, to do either path?

finished 3rd Percy Jackson about 2 weeks ago but then couldn't find 4th book in G-man's room. even after cleaning it!
Found it under couch in front room Saturday and will start read it in 3..2..

I made it to wed. I can now go get lost in the woods of flagstaff with a few 100 of my friends.
I am allowed to relax.
I am allowed to have fun.

and damn it, I'm worth it.
