Weight Loss Adventure, Week 1/16
Today was the second class of the Low Calorie Diet program, and marked the end of the first week of the program. The class has dropped from a dozen people to eight. Average weight lost by attendees was approximately 4.5 pounds. Excluding me, the most anyone lost was 6 pounds ( Read more... ) -
Low-Calorie Diet, Day 0
A lot of people have commented that I look like I'm losing weight. In fact, I'm heavier than I've ever been. I just weighed myself, and tipped the scale at 349.2 pounds. This makes me 140 pounds overweight, the equivalent of carrying Mariah Carey around on my back 24 hours a day. I can't go on like this anymore, so I'm doing something about it ( Read more... ) -

When I was in high school, the only people allowed to wear Letterman jackets were members of the Varsity football team. That rule was established decades ago, when the school was founded.
