I didn't post last week, because I was disappointed in the weigh-in: 2.3 pounds lost, the first week that I'd lost less than 3 pounds during this adventure. Also, there was very little else to tell, so I didn't feel an urgent need to post. However, this week I fared much better. Another 3.8 pounds down (or 6.1 pounds down for the two week period)
