You could try contacting the Plagiarism Police, although I don't know if they cover vids. It sucks that it's a vid on her own site, rather than, say, a fic through an archive or zine -- that way, it'd be easy to contact the archivist and get them to (hopefully) take it down and issue a statement. Sigh.

And she gets paid for it? Frankly, that's illegal and she can get sued by ABC, etc. (and you of course). That's like us getting paid for fan fiction.
I feel bad for you. This shouldn't happen. Especially when you work so hard for your vids. Let me just say this, even though this person plagerized, they can't take away from the originality and fandom you've created for yourself.

Thereotically she charges for CD costs plus posting costs when she sends the CDs with her videos out. I'm bet there's some extra money in it that doesn't cover the costs.

Isn't making money off of Alias illegal? Isn't that why we ferociously disclaim our fanfic? She needs to get in real trouble. Preferably involving sue-age for much money.
