Less than 24 fours left till the wedding and finally everything seems to be taken care of. Of course it isn't, but I have blisters on my feet and a pounding headache and I refuse to lift another finger till tommorow morning, when there's the make-up, the hairstylist, and all that girly stuff

I did like Aflame, very much. Amazing how you got everything so clearly without any dialogue at all. I too thought the flashback to Egypt particularly striking: I could just see it, along with the embrace at the car. Good job. And of course, I'd love to see more, but I know how awful it is to be pressured for sequels to a stand-alone--so perhaps I'll just say "more Sarkney from you" rather than "more of this particular story."

Even though I'm more into Syd/Vaughn as a couple (at the moment), I loved Aflame and I hope you'll write some more soon!
