Actually, both you guys are right. I just couldn't think of a better gift. Radiohead are a band that seem to have everything!

I hope he did!

Hahaha, and I'm glad I answered your questions re: "White Chalk." If it's on sale for cheap, I recommend going back and buying it though.

I thought it was pretty obvious it wasn't a Rachel post for the following reasons:

1) the word "tall" only showed up once.

2) goths were only mentioned once.

3) it had nothing to do with living in the UK/having an awesome life

4) I'm pretty sure Rachel doesn't listen to PJ Harvey, Richard Hawley, or Jens Lekman. And she probably doesn't listen to Liars, although Angus is really tall and is BFF with Thurston

5) Rachel is a far better writer than I am. Or are you saying I'm jacking her style with this post? Because I probably am, meaning I'm even more of a sheep than I let on.

I love that you managed to go to seven PW gigs. I admit, I would have too if I could have, but I did go to both shows he had in Sydney. The first was the best gig I've ever been to. Very intimate, just him, his ukulele and a piano with him taking some requests.

Seeing him twice is certainly better than not seeing him at all:) And yeah, I think the gigs in which he's a little more low-key are usually better, so I'm glad that's the way it was with your first time seeing him.
