astral projection is something i want to achieve eventually cause it sounds so goddamn amazing.
the worst sleep paralysis experience i've had is when it felt like i was being sucked at a ridiculously high speed through some crazy wind tunnel and being flung around everywhere unable to move but like 10x worse than usual. terrified to sleep for like 5 days :X eugh.
yeah, surprisingly i know what you mean. ive had some really bad times--once on acid i couldn't get back into my body, once i had a dream that turned kinda lucid in which i astral projected and got lost in another dimension and a few days ago after i had ap'ed consciously, i took a nap and ap'ed without wanting to and ended up...haha ugh, ok, here goes--it felt like half of me came out of it and half of me was still in the astral plane. i was standing up where my bed is...my torso and head were up and my feet were standing THROUGH my bed, so i'm guessing i was IRL sitting up in bed, and i swear, it felt like one of my eyes was in one plane and the other was...in the other. lmao. i am so serious. i felt cross eyed and my body was half stuck and i was seeing through walls and could hear people talking....like i was simultaneously hearing and seeing things from two different planes or dimensions. i started calling for my mother but with my body as it was i couldn't get too far. i remember picking up a bottle ( i have a bunch of bottles

Hey I've had sleep paralysis.. isn't that where (at least this happened to me a few times) you think you've "woken up" perhaps and can see everything around you, you try to get up.. I swear I moved my arm up to reach my alarm clock and could see it in front of my face, I felt awake and everything, I could see my computer desk which was visible from my bed (this was back at the lone mountain dorms) and then I was like, "Damn, what's wrong with my hand, I can't move it well.." I moved it in front of my face to look at it.. Then I was like man, I must be too tired to get up, I'll just lay down still. So I "put" my hand down and "closed" my eyes, then suddenly my eyes shot open again and I suddenly sat up erect in bed (kind of confused and in shock) and was like "wtf.. What was that?? I swear I was just awake!" But I was still sleeping? It kind of creeped me out because I wasn't "really" opening my eyes or looking around or moving my limbs, it was an OBE or a very odd dream. But I didn't think it was a dream, it felt super real, just like

Oh and about the you-know-what you were wondering.. I'll try calling you today.. But I don't know, I don't think it would hurt (however that's just because it's how I was).. but if you're worried about losing some control I can tell you a few techniques that work to force yourself in check.
