so im 200 lbs now at 5 7 .

i want to lose weight but idont want the pain involved and honistly i freken love beer. so what do i do. meh probbly jusyt drink more beer and forget about it.

my job is dumb , they keep yelling at us for shit we didnt do.

oh well.

wow just wow, also even tho i have no reson to live i have a reason to lose weight so im trying to cut back on the booze, geting back to exercising.

oh reason to lose weight is so i dont have to go to my stupid boss and ask for bigger work pants...

damn damn damn, us got shut out 4 to 0 in the semi finals vs brazil.

so its brazil vs germany to win the worlds cup for women. almost identical to the mens world cup sans france.

oh well, it will be a good game and an ugly game as most of the brazilains need to get brazilains and the germans look alot like the ubermact or however you spell it
