Do I have any real friends?

Lately, I've been super ultra mega distracted. Its like ADD times 20. I don't feel good doing it, but trying to grab control of the situation is like impossible. I wander uncontrollably and there is nothing I can do to stop it. I need to get some medication before its too late.
