I finished editting Dirge for a Necromancer today, and submitted it to Baen. I'll probably also send it along to Leucrotta Publishing whenever they open up submissions again.
I'm really just posting this so that I'll remember when I submitted it this time. This way, five months from now when I'm wondering if I'll ever hear back from Baen, I can just ( Read more... ) -

I was in a play--an adaption of The Frogs for CSUS. It was really awesome.
Still waiting for Baen's answer on my manuscript. I hope they don't send a letter; I accidently have them the wrong address. Oopsie.

So now that Dirge for a Necromancer is finished, I've started a new book. Working title is Blood Loss, which sounds kind of like a Twilight cash-in or a Grissham novel.
Hopefully I can think up a title that doesn't suck so much, but for now this is the best I can do. I mean, I don't even have a plot yet, so...

Wow. I've suddenly realized just how much it looks like a child lives in my room, if you don't look at the books I have. What a disconnect between those things, too. My shelves are filled with classics like Hamlet and The Divine Comedy, but they're sitting in shelves underneath pokemon toys and action figures of The Flash and Booster Gold.
