Am I the only one who is COMPLETELY baffled by the fact that mannequins possess nipples? What exactly is the point of this? I mean, we can't really care about making them "more lifelike" because half of them don't have heads. They just headless bodies, but with nipples. Now, maybe we're trying to be advisory. I've got no explanations, but I second your bafflement and agree that it's rather creepy, pointless, and unnecessary. Are they trying to set up giant protruding nipples as a trend?

i'm also freaked by the "j-lo" mannequins they made for bootylicious styles. nippley big-assed mannequins. why? why?

nipped out mannequins make absolutely no sense to me. it's just to sexify them. i really have no explanation for you. one time i was dared to lick a mannequin's nipple. i did it and in exchange received a really nice belt from j crew. i thought it was worth it.
