The Obstacles of New York City Streets

After a large snowstorm or rainfall in New York City, the streets become like the old Atari game Pitfall. You know, the side scroller where you have to jump ravines, swing on ropes, avoid crazy murderous pygmies (at least that's how I remember it.) How is it similar you ask? I totally didn't believe you that it was really the largest snowfall in NYC history, but there you are on wikipedia: The all-time record snowfall in New York's Central Park was during the Blizzard of 2006 on February 11-12, 2006 when 26.9 inches of snow fell in Manhattan.

I HATE the fake street. Makes me want a Ned Ryerson to punch.

What? You think I would make such a wild and baseless assertion without checking my facts. (I totally would, btw)

Of course you would. So, I think that you should use your grappling hook to swing through the streets a la Spiderman and thus avoid the fake street phenomenon.

good idea! The only problem with that is that Grappling hooks aren't good for swinging like the spider webs. Spidey just shoots the webs, and when he's ready to swing, shoots another web. I'd have to unlatch the grappling hook from the ledge it was attached to, and somehow all in one fluid motion, throw it in front of me and latch it onto another ledge to swing.

So, my dear, your advice is truly a dream of mine, but as of now an impossible one
