This has more details, but there's something weird about Snapple suing Dublin Dr Pepper, since the Imperial cane sugar recipe is full of the good stuff. The online sales were a bit of a stretch for staying in their area, though.

Did you know you can buy music by Charles Manson on Amazon. You can even get it in MP3 format. Didn't think he made country music, but maybe it was the folk sound that put it under bluegrass.
