The only comment I have for this chapter is that perhaps you used the phrase "heaven and earth" too much. I see the symbolism in it, but it started sounding trite after a while.
People in Skandia say things with Heaven/Earth blah blah blah as expressions...I would love to come up with some different ones. Tell me if anything occurs.
This section also has "Heavens above" and I don't know what else.
Yes, I saw the variation, and I liked that. It just seemed like you hadn't really used that expression before (or at least not often enough for it to hit my radar) and then all of a sudden it was bang, bang.
BTW, who is the new hunk that replaced Heath as your icon?
