Friday: Further progress on Scala course
Saturday: Worked on Scala course, finished 1st week lectures. Need to do problem set 1. Guerrilla workout 5. -

Update: Woke up before my alarm this morning, 7:20am. Maybe in my maturity I'm becoming my mom. -

Insomnia
Up at 4AM for second day in a row. On the plus side, starting my new position with orientation today! Up too early is better than oversleeping, right? -
WTF
So today I couldn't sleep past 4AM. Seriously. I mean I'm all proud when I get up at 8:30 randomly, but to wake up at 4 in the morning and be compelled to get out of bed and stay up? That is just weird. I mean if I were migrating my sleep and went to bed at 8PM like back in grad school that would be OK. But no, I fell asleep around midnight as ( Read more... ) -
Internets
So I've been having horrible problems lately with my Internet connection. Horribly slow, intermittent service. Sometimes hours and longer outages. I finally called Comcast today, and the rep suggested a bad cable modem. I picked up a new one from Radio Shack, and guess what...now my connection is smoking fast!
