haha I love this post. I like all of your ideas...I especially like the blonde a-line her hair is gorgeous. I want curls like those, what do you think she used? a curling iron? I digress, I'm sorry...okay so I think we're done with the a-line...I'm thinking for you I like your long hair with pretty layers..not scenster stringy layers, you're too pretty for that...I say keep letting the hair grow, trim up the layers...maybe some shorter ones around the crown of your head for that 60's feel that we so adore and as far as color goes I say stay away from the auburns they will only fade into nasty brassy red hues. For you I would go with a richer darker brown or what about the light brown highlight idea? And definately do the no-ammonia dye. It has been wonderful for me and hasnt done any damage, I dont know if you recall how disgusting my hair became when I used Feria or any dye with ammonia. Way too drying. So I have to pee now and go to work call me later.
you're funny. i'm leaning toward photo number one. it will allow me to keep growing my hair. all i would need to do as far as upkeep would be to trim up the layers and like you say, get some shorter one's near the crown so i can do a pseudo bang thing. i kinda like what she's got going there. reminds me of baby nattie kindergarten days. as far as color goes, i think i have ruled out auburn, too much upkeep. i might try a no-ammonia wash out in so-many washes dye. i'd like a richer brown, but it's going to be hard to find something i like that won't fade to red. i'm gonna have to do something looking around and weigh my options.
also, i got this great idea that i'd buy us a 12 pack of barq's diet root bear for the now we are six weekend. i'm stoked.

i really like the aunt barbara circa 1978. Or Liv. Liv's so pretty.
Definitely auburn. That's pretty much the color I have now, just a little bit more brown.
Whatever you choose will look gorgeous anyway...:)
