i heart my friends.

Married. One of my friends is married.

it began as a bachelorette party...it ended with me dancing the night away. unbelievably refreshing.

Officially moved. Been at the new job for 2 weeks. Other than acknowledging i will be ridiculously busy at this job, i realized i forgot to check the "not a twig/not a fashion plate" box, along with the "not seriously involved (or for that matter at all involved) with anyone" box. how can i be surrounded by 22-28 yr olds so happily involved. ick. three hours to end three years. it's over, it's done. i want to move on. i need to move on. i can't even imagine how hard it is to end a real relationship.

So I am a food snob. I admit it. I am picky about every type of food I eat. I eat ridiculously expensive food. I eat organic produce and meats. I get really excited about the farmer's market. Went to a family friend's house for dinner tonight. Way out in the country. It was nice to have some space to breath. After dinner two kids dragged me out into the fields to catch fireflies with them. It was wonderful. Running around trees and hay fields surrounded by hundreds of fireflies under a star filled sky.
