Man, this is getting tough.
I ate at Doc Chey's for the first time tonight, and it was quite good. I really appreciate a place that can properly season and cook chicken so that it's not so boring. Die, Spammers!
Blocking spam on one's website comments is a constant struggle against the evil retards who insist on perpetrating it. Each time I get a collection of similar-looking spam, I go straight into my anti-spam function and write another rule to eliminate that particular "strain". Blue states have it
It's good to know that at least 1/6th of our government will be controlled by an opposing party. Even if our government accomplishes little in the coming two years, it'll feel better than constantly having our rights eroded by a more efficient monarchy. Hacking Democracy
Digg linked today to an HBO video posted on Google Video that covers the mysteries of electronic voting called Hacking Democracy. I find it absurd how secret our elections are, and I wish that the systems would be opened to public scrutiny.
I'll have to hold off on the music discussion until I am in a more creative mood :) -

Tonight brought photos, food, and fun in the form of friends from the Technique photo staff. I managed to work 7 alliterations into that last sentence. I joined Amanda, Ariel, Jon and Julia for dinner at Gordon Biersch on Peachtree, where I indulged in Mahi Mahi in sandwich form. I really enjoy Technique deadlines. I spend an average of about 5 hours in the 'nique office each Wednesday afternoon/evening, wasting time on my laptop and chatting with the writers and editors while they go about their work.
