Ah, warm weather. I've missed you.

Wearing sandals always makes me want to pack up and head out on some adventure, even though I'm nealy always packing for one trip or another with my job. Those trips are different. They're all professional attire and not much fun.

Work is surprisingly awesome. I mean, it's been two months and I haven't been bored. Everyone has been exceedingly helpful and nice. And the job is sort of a blast. I can't wait until camp! I've even talked my brother into going as an adult volunteer. Heh.

It's been a while, and I'm sad to say this isn't a real update. Work has been....hectic (to say the least) lately, but I'm enjoying it more than any other job I've done so far. Whenever I get a moment to breathe (what's the retirement age again?), I promise to make a real update.

Christmas was excellent, beautiful, and filled with all the lovely things that make this such a nice season.

I still need to finish knitting my brothers scarf. He might get it by St. Patrick's. Or Easter. Or Independence Day.

I'm learning to play the accordion, even if it is a toy version.

I hope this new year is just as good as the last.
