I stole it from Adam Carolla on Loveline. Some IB girl said I used it too much so I started saying it every 6th word whenever I was around her as a joke but eventually I just got used to talking that way. Much the same thing resulted in my giving way too many hi-5s. Is that what you mean? Even if it's not, good times.
