Well, it's been seven years since I was last on LJ.
Seems that all of my emails for the other accounts are no longer functioning. So bye bye to those.

FanFiction
Well, it's been an interesting six months. Two friends in particular have gotten me involved in reading Sherlock (the BBC version) fanfiction, and it's been a wonderful world to get caught up in. Yes, I've read some bad ones. Poorly written, and sloppy. I've read stories that have enraged me for the absolute sadism of the authors ( Read more... ) -

Dave Brubeck, R.I.P.
My sympathies go out to Dave Brubeck's family. He was a great pianist, and a good man who brought joy to the world. I am listening to his Christmas album now and his interpretations of the carols are incredible. -
