Now the work of separation begins.  MJ still lives here.  In fact I have moved to another bedroom since he really needs the modified bed more than me.  My sleep has been shit, but I do feel good about the decision to separate.  A sadness has come to both of us.  I know I feel sad, and he looks sad about what may come.  But either way we will have

Then end of a relationship NEEDS to be mourned.. it is a loss, It was there. It is gone.

It's worthy of sadness. Find a shoulder and get crying. Go through old photos. Let yourself be sad, let MJ be sad. Maybe even be ceremonial about it.
