Now the work of separation begins.  MJ still lives here.  In fact I have moved to another bedroom since he really needs the modified bed more than me.  My sleep has been shit, but I do feel good about the decision to separate.  A sadness has come to both of us.  I know I feel sad, and he looks sad about what may come.  But either way we will have

I tend to agree with Charlie's advice, yet knowing that the "right" way is whatever works for you. These are momentous times - be gentle with yourself. My 2c.
