yes, yes! tell me more. i've heard a little about portion control, like you're not supposed to eat a piece of meat bigger than the palm of your hand. but that's all i know about it. feed me information! the problem with steiners is that it doesn't have a warm water therapy pool and regular pools won't give me results. i can still swim in a regular pool, but i can't do my therapy. the upstairs track in the high school gym is open almost every night until 9pm and nick and i have been walking for an hour every other night. that's about all i can do with my back. i can't really 'work out' unless i'm in the therapy pool.

Hey man...if I move back to NE Ohio (possibly Wadsworth) after i graduate in a couple of months (which I PROBABLY will do)...We should go on some sort of exercise plan together...help each other out, you know? I can't do anything on my own...because I suck. We could take walks and stuff...make sure we do something every single day.
