My boss
My boss is really interesting. She has long, blonde hair to her butt and long red nails which she's informed me are her own. She's post-menopausal age, but she's immature in a lot of ways. obituary stuff
I read an article about the older director Michael Antonioni (Blowup, La'Aventuura) dying, and on the other page was an obituary for this 35-year old fimmaker/artist who killed himself after his girlfriend killed herself. Sad stuff.
But anyway when I die, please don't play "Tears in Heaven" at my funeral or any related gathering. I don't like that -
Job fun
Wow. So I told my current job that I'm leaving and so I've been starting my job search. I just returned from a job interview today with a publishing company, and let me just say- I nailed it! School end goddammit
Uh, this wonderful idea to take two senior seminars, no matter how adrmirable, has backfired. Based upon the amount of work required in both, I will never be able to get above a B+ in either one, and in turn jeapordizing my major GPA ( Read more... ) -

Thursdays at 11 am suck. I'm in the thick of Peet's bullshit, making drinks and reeking of coffee, and it's an hour before my lunch break. There's always a lull after the morning rush and lunch breaks for customers, so I always notice 11 am. taking two senior seminars is officially kicking my ass. I have to write a two page paper three times a week, and with the bus strike completely and totally ruining my days, getting to school is always a challenge.
