Yeah, I knew things were going way too smoothly. Like energy, misery is always conserved.

Ugh, wouldn’t you know it :/ A huge pain in the A, but at least there’s an upside, as you say - it’s just going to take a bit longer. Fingers crossed for you guys!

Well, maybe not--we also got our first offer yesterday, which was on the low side because the buyers want to renovate the kitchen. So we might be able to work out an as-is sort of deal where we sell a little cheaper, but we keep whatever insurance money we get from the water damage to help make up the difference. We shall see!
