I've lost my mobile and all the numbers in my address book. Managed to get a new phone (note, added to the 'avoid NTL and Citibank' suggestions, avoid Phones 4U and singlepoint. It's amazing how bad customer service can be if you don't want to buy anything but actually want to claim on the insurance you've been paying for ( Read more... )

I am more and more coming to the conclusion that Amazon is not good for my blood pressure. It now seems to always take more than 24 hours for a 'within 24 hours' item to be picked and dispatched, and those items are taking more than one or even two business days to deliver. Itunes is excellent for getting the one song you want, as opposed to an album, so in terms of expanding my musical tastes further...
