A great big thank you to mews1945 for the BEAUTIFUL Christmas card I received in the mail yesterday! It's decorating my mantle now. :)

Since I can't decide what to write about today, I will spam ya'll with photographic evidence that I am incapable of smiling without a)looking like I either have just done or am contemplating doing something very evil and/or naughty, b) looking like a gleeful 4 year old. Most of my neighbors are pretty far away but they don't let that deter them from reminding me of thier existence. Case in point, across the street (and shielded by a thick wall of trees) neighbor felt that 7 a.m. was plenty late enough to begin running a chainsaw. So, I've been at this fitness/weight-loss thing for approximately 6 months now. I'm actually quite close to my original goal weight of 135 lbs. Once I get there, I will re-assess if I want to stay at that weight or go for a bit more. At the moment, I am just a bit more than 2 pounds away (meaning I've lost about 30 pounds!).

I have not been on LJ for at LEAST two weeks and most likely longer than that. Work has been so ridiculously busy and it just wipes me out mentally most days. So sorry to have been absent so long! I still love you all! I really do! *hugs everyone*

Ok, so fitness/weight-loss update photos. I'm not sure exactly how much I've lost since the last time I posted photos but as of today I have lost just a bit more than 21 pounds since I first started trying to lose weight. For the moment, my weight-loss goal is about 8.5 more pounds...then will see how I look/feel and if I want to lose a bit more ( Read more... )
