The heat is on FINALLY....

Yay, after over a week in the cold and lots of rubbish with heating engineers with compulsory behaviour diorders, schizophrenia and other obvious derangements I'd rather not know about, we finally managed to have our heating and hot watr fixed yesterday!!!

what, at home or at work? didn't know you were freezing. how horrible. happened to me 2 winters ago. bloody not nice.

It was heating at home - it went perfectly right on time for the party (we all witnessed so to speak), that's why it was freezing cold then. hwne it didn't come back on the next morning, Mark had a look (that was *really really* bice of him!!!) and said we needed a new gas valve - either that or renewing the whole boiler unit (including tearing out the kitchen wall behind which it is sitting. There was a 10% chance that it wasn't the gas valve, so was very suspenseful up to two days ago *gulp*. Put up 3 fan heaters from Argos and went to the gym for showers - great! Thanks God that's over now!! :)
How r u? Will post party pic ASAP once heating stress has subsided. Maybe in for a boardgame session this weekend?

Boardgame evening sounds great and all, but I got my hand-in date for my projects on Monday. So I'd rather not promise anything. Should I have a few spare hours one Sunday (not sure that's gonna happen), I'll give u guys a ring and see if you're still free. If not, nevermind. Next weekend or so.
