I do really like this...

But. I have a hard time believing that Ianto, at least, wouldn't immediately recognise the TARDIS.

The Doctor is the 'biggest threat' to Torchwood, there's no way they WOULDN'T have at least one image of it - we know Yvonne recognised it straight away, for example. If Ianto has an orientation DVD which talks about the Doctor, there's no way it wouldn't mention, "Oh yes, and he always travels in a blue police box."

The TARDIS doesn't have to fully materialize if its doing a "flying pickup", all they saw was a shadow.

I did, that was where I got the 'Orientation' part from. :)

Just thought that Ianto has probably seen CCTV footage of it dematerialising in the DVD, since Torchwood has it on file. So he would have seen what it looked like before it materialised fully.

But then, maybe I'm just being pedantic. I am still really enjoying this, wanted to make that clear. :)

I worked out the design of Jack's quarters for my own "stopwatch" story, but I haven't finished it yet. I'm much slower at writing porn than I am at writing non-porn. I've got small fry reading over my shoulder. >:O
