Ok I'm posting - Had a blood clot...Now a high risk pregnancy

Hey.

Find out about a device called AngioJet, from Possis Medical. Many hospitals in the area and around the country have them. It's a device that uses a "jet" of fluid to disintegrate blood clots, even while they're still in your leg and before they migrate somewhere exceptionally nasty.

I recommend you talk to your doctor about this option. It's a pretty damned fast, safe and effective procedure for dealing with clots.

The blood clot broke up already actually. i had a second scan last friday and it's gone. Now we are just on preventative measures to prevent future clots, and the medication for that provides the most complications.
