our little 'problem solving' groups are hidden away from the light of day. Another entire division takes customer calls, and then they call us to fix it. I guess that makes no sense, because invariably they dont give us the info we need.

I talk to stupid bank people a lot on conference calls where they mostly say 'we have a policy against X', where x is anything useful.

I actually just ordered the implant, because i spend eternities on conference calls, and now i can walk around and mock people while i'm on them. Better than being tied down with the old head set.
