After I had been to Turkey I appreciated things about Australia that I had never appreciated before. Like, the absolute luxury of being able to stop outside a restaraunt and peruse the menu and think about whether you wanted to go inside or not without ANYONE shouting at you...

Or, browsing goods in a store without anything more than a polite "can I help you" issuing from the staff...

Aaaahhh...

I'm glad you are feeling a bit better. I absolutely cannot wait for you to be home. Email your flight details and I will meet you at the airport if you like! :-)

How about trusting that a taxi is more than likely going to drop you off at your requested destination and not one that they think you will like better?
Tour Guides at major attractions are already paid for or free, not expecting a 10 Lira payout at the end of a haphazard and confusing Engrish tour.
How about knowing that if you add up all items on your bill they will equal what you need to pay (no hidden 'service charge')

I think i scared a few shop girls on my arrival (NO! No help from you!)You have to remember to tone down your rejection of help....
