Last nights lunar eclipse was awesome. Spent it in a park, having a picnic dinner (mmmm cabbage, bbq vege, weird ass taro mush steamed buns) with honey liquer and real chinese mooncake. There were a few clouds out, but not enough to totally obscure the show ( Read more... )

So, i have said goodbye to Glastonbury (Sob!) and i went back to Bath yesterday for a day out (pretty town, good shopping). We made it to the hostel. Istanbul will make many lovely photographs. I am a little wary of everything, but hopefully that will get better over the next day or so. Today we are off to see the Blue Mosque and the Aya Sophia (and maybe the grand bazzar, depending on how we feel)
