hmm....the trial went badly. i was originally supposed to testify, but at the last minute, he pled guilty in exchange for a year's probation and some once-a-month councelling or some shit. i really hope he breaks one of his probation agreements so he can land in jail where he belongs, away from my mother ( Read more... )

the police station went great. it felt really good to give them a statement. i'm going to attend the trial on the 15th.
