Actually Mullins and CMI have a policy that it's "your time, your dime", you just have to paint the walls back to white when you move out (if the people moving in don't want to keep the walls that color).

One color I have always wanted to try somewhere is a shade of maroon or plum-something in that family in one of the historic colors one can find. I have the color in my mind's eye, but cannot describe it. I would love to use it-maybe on one wall as an accent color. Maybe I could get away with it in my office, since we have an "on-site colorist".
the yellow is like an aged parchment color. it's really cool! you're apartment is awesome. seems like the number of people that will be living there might make it a bit crowded tho...?
